Return and Refund
All our deliveries are free, with no minimum purchase. We ship to all European countries, as well as the United States and Canada. Delivery time is 3 to 7 days depending on the product’s storage location and the destination of the order.
Our return and refund policy lasts 15 days after receiving your parcel. If 15 days have passed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any opened and used items cannot be returned. To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Some situations allow partial refunds:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds:
- First, check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you have still not received your refund, please contact us at contact@sales-sanctuary.com.
Exchanges
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same item, please send us an email at contact@sales-sanctuary.com.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return a product, contact us at contact@sales-sanctuary.com for the return address.
The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. It is recommended to use a shipping service with tracking or purchase shipping insurance for items over 75€. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
Detailed Return Policy
- Return Conditions:
- You have 15 days from the receipt of your parcel to return it to us.
- The tags must be attached to the item in the same way as when received.
- The item must be unused.
- Return Process:
- Send the items to the address indicated on the return form.
- Clearly state if you want a refund, an exchange, or a gift card.
- Refunds:
- Upon receiving the items, they will be inspected and refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The maximum refund time is 10 days.
- Defective Items:
- If a product is defective, it can be returned at our expense. Contact customer service at contact@sales-sanctuary.com to arrange the return. No restocking fees will be applied.
This policy applies to all items without exception.

Disputes – Mediation
Applicable Law: This contract is governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
In case of a dispute regarding an order, the customer must first contact Burkini Store to attempt to find an amicable solution by email at contact@sales-sanctuary.com.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to Article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code, has the possibility to submit a request for an amicable settlement through mediation, within less than one year from their written complaint to the professional.
Burkini Store has appointed SAS Mediation Solution as the mediation body for consumers, registered under number 1674/2010.
To contact the mediator, the consumer must submit their request:
Whichever method is used, the request must contain:
- The postal address, phone number, and email address of the applicant,
- The name, address, and SAS Mediation Solution registration number of the concerned professional,
- A brief statement of the facts. The consumer will specify to the mediator what they expect from this mediation and why,
- A copy of the previous complaint,
- All necessary documents for the complaint’s processing (order form, invoice, proof of payment, etc.).
Online Dispute Resolution Platform: In accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission has set up an online dispute resolution platform to facilitate the independent out-of-court settlement of disputes between consumers and professionals in the European Union.
